When you are participating sessions:

１．We ask you to change your name in Zoom as follows:

　Title, first name initial and Last name in alphabet (ex. Dr. J. Takikawa).

２．During session:

・Turn off the microphone during the presentation.

・Camera may turn off during the presentation.

・During Q&A session, if you have a question, turn on your camera. Raise your hand and please wait until the moderator appoint you. Then turn on your microphone and ask question.
